Collective leadership assessment

A highly-interactive and insightful workshop that allows participants to collectively investigate assessment insights, and forge a path forward, while coming to better understand themselves and one another.

A robust culture is paramount to executing on strategy and driving the mission of a team and organization. The Collective Leadership Assessment™ (CLA) delivers a powerful litmus test of collective leadership effectiveness for teams or entire organizations. The CLA is a comprehensive view of where employees view current collective leadership effectiveness compared to the desired collective effectiveness. The “gap” between current collective effectiveness and desired instantly reveals development opportunities. Additionally, the CLA compares your team’s or organization’s effectiveness against a global database. Completing the assessment requires 20-30 minutes per person.

The Collective Leadership Assessment™ will:

  • Establish a compelling rationale for change.

  • Focus leadership development efforts.

  • Delineate leadership challenges associated with acquisitions, mergers, and restructuring plans.

  • Correlate leadership to productivity, profits, turnover, and other bottom line metrics.

The Collective Leadership Assessment™ uses the same integral framework that makes the Leadership Circle Profile™ so effective and impressive. It measures 8 inner dimensions and 31 outer dimensions, through which to understand your current and desired collective leadership effectiveness.

Insights Discovery

Insights Discovery is psychometric tool based on the psychology of Carl Jung and helps people understand themselves, understand others, and make the most of the relationships that affect them in the workplace. It is suitable for all levels and gives learners the foundation of self-awareness they’ll need to be successful at whatever they do; whether that’s developing themselves, working as part of an effective team, or leading others with authenticity.

Through Insights Discovery, individuals will gain a common language that has wide-ranging benefits, including connecting colleagues across geographical and cultural boundaries, and providing a safe platform for feedback conversations.

We absolutely LOVED working with Path Collective during our annual staff retreat. Path was amazing and the insights discovered about ourselves and each other during the leadership assessment were invaluable. Path’s ability to relate to so many different personalities, put everyone at ease while pushing them a bit outside their comfort zones and infuse all of it with humor was wildly effective. We had tangible take-aways that we were able to implement immediately after the retreat and look forward to working with Path Collective again in the future”
